Sift flour and salt into pie pan.
Mix oil and milk, stir and pour into flour all at once.
Stir with fork until all ingredients are blended; shape crust by patting and tamping dough with your fingers so that it comes up around sides of pan.
Bake at 425Ã‚Â°F. 12Ã¢â‚¬â€15 minutes, and cool before filling.
The texture will be crumbly rather than flaky.
