Short Crust Pastry
|Corn oil||5 Tablespoon|
|Iced water||4 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Pinch|
1) Into a large bowl, add in the corn oil and iced water.
2) Using a fork, beat the mixture for about 30 seconds to mix the oil and water thoroughly.
3) Next, add in the sifted flour and salt into the bowl.
4) Again using the fork, knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
5) The Quick Short Crust Pastry can be baked.
