Quick Short Crust Pastry
|Soft cooking fat||4 Ounce|
|Cold water||3 Tablespoon|
1) Into a bowl, add in 2 full tablespoons of flour seasoned with salt.
2) Add in the softened cooking fat and cold water.
3) Using a fork, whisk the mixture well for about 30 seconds.
4) Lastly, add in the remaining flour. Stir the mixture into a firm dough.
5) Gently knead the dough to get a smooth form.
6) The Quick Short Crust Pastry must be baked with your choice of filling.
