Ingredients
  Plain whole meal flour 8 Ounce (225 Grams)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Margarine 2 Ounce (50 Grams)
  Lard 2 Ounce (50 Grams)
  Cold water 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt together.
2 Add in any coarse bran left in the sieve.
3 Gently rub the fats into the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
4 Add in about 2 1/2 tablespoons water to bind the mixture together.
5 Lightly knead to form a stiff dough.
6 Roll out thinly.

SERVING
7 Use as desired.
