|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
Soften butter at room temperature.
Add cream cheese; beat until smooth and creamy.
Add flour 1/2 cup at a time, blending well after each addition.
Work with fingers to a smooth dough.
Shape into balls about 1/2" in diameter.
Place each ball in cup of small muffin pans; press with thumb to line bottom and sides easily.
