|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Sifted Before Measuring)|
|Shortening||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Grated processed cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||7 Tablespoon|
Place flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
With a pastry blender or two knives, cut in the shortening and cheese until the particles are the size of small peas.
Add the water gradually, tossing and stirring until the dough is just moist enough to hold together.
Form into 2 balls.
Roll each to 1/8 -inch thickness and make into cups, turnovers and straws.
