|Sifted flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)|
Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in1/3 cup of the shortening to the consistency of cornmeal.
Cut in remaining 1/3 cup of the shortening to the consistency of peas.
Mix together vinegar and orange juice.
Add slowly to dry ingredients, mixing lightly with a fork.
Turn onto a piece of waxed paper and shape into a ball.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured board according to picture directions.
Makes one 9-inch 2 crust pie or two 9-inch pie shells.
