Homemade Pastry Mix

Ingredients
  Flour 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Lard/Lard - 2 cups, for hard wheat flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (For Soft Wheat Flour)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, put together salt and flour; mix well.
2. Add lard to the flour; using a pastry blender or fork, cut lard until crumbs are broken down to the size of small peas.

SERVING
3. Use the dough for pie shell or cover and refrigerate until used.
