Ingredients
  Flour 8 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Boiling water 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, mix the fat and boiling water along with 1 tablespoon flour until a paste is formed.
2 Stir in the remainder of the flour.

SERVING
3 Use as Short Crust pastry.
