|Shortening||3 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Boiling water||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
1 In a bowl, mix the fat and boiling water along with 1 tablespoon flour until a paste is formed.
2 Stir in the remainder of the flour.
3 Use as Short Crust pastry.
