Ingredients
  Plain flour 450 Gram (1 Pound)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Margarine 225 Gram (8 Ounce)
  Cookeen 125 Gram, frozen (4 Ounce)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Water 300 Milliliter (1/2 Pint)
Directions

MAKING
1 Into a bowl, chop frozen fats .
2 Add sifted flour and salt.
3 Mix together and combine with water and lemon juice.
4 Put onto a floured board and roll out into a rectangular shape.
5 Fold up the bottom third of the rectangle and fold the remaining third over it.
6 Roll out to the original size.
7 Repeat the folding and rolling procedure four times.
8 Cut into two pieces and place each piece in a freezer bag and freeze until required.
9 When required, defrost in the refrigerator.
10 Roll out into a rectangle shape and repeat folding and rolling 2-3 times more before using.

SERVING
11 Use as desired.
