|Plain flour||8 Ounce, sifted (225 Gram)|
|Margarine/Butter||2 Ounce, softened (50 Gram)|
|Lard||2 Ounce, softened (50 Gram)|
|Cold water||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
1) In a bowl, add the flour and salt, cut in the softened butter or margarine until the mixture gets a breadcrumb texture.
2) Make a dough by gradually adding water, knead lightly to smoothen.
3) Wrap in a foil and chill for minimum 15 min.
4)Use it to make a dish of your choice.
