Pastry With Vinegar
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Take a mixing bowl and make a mixture with flour, salt, and soda.
2) Fold in shortening until the mixture looks like crumbs.
3) Pour water and vinegar and cover the bowl with a moisten cloth.
4) Allow to stand for 20 minutes and then roll a dough.
5) Use as required.
