|Plain flour||4 Ounce|
|Cheese||1 Ounce, finely grated|
|Milk/Egg and milk||3 Tablespoon|
1) Make the pastry following the same directions as that for the plain short crust.
2) Serve and use as required for baking purposes. Can be used dor savoury flans, tartler cases and cheese straws and biscuits.
