Ingredients
  White flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Wheatgerm 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Blend flour, wheatgerm, salt and butter.
Add enough water - about 2-3 tblspns., - to moisten mixture.
Turn dough onto a piece of oiled paper and form into a ball.
Chill.
Roll out on a floured board.
Makes 1 x 9" crust.
