|White flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Wheatgerm||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Blend flour, wheatgerm, salt and butter.
Add enough water - about 2-3 tblspns., - to moisten mixture.
Turn dough onto a piece of oiled paper and form into a ball.
Roll out on a floured board.
Makes 1 x 9" crust.
