Triple Crust Pastry
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shortening||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Ice water||3 Tablespoon|
1)In a bowl, mix well flour and salt.
2)Add shortening to flour mixture and blend well until mixture attains a coarse crumbly texture.
3)Sprinkle ice water and use a fork to stir the mixture.
4)Shape the mixture into balls.
5)Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
6)Serve warm with dollops of butter.
