Suet Pastry

Ingredients
  Flour 8 Ounce (225 Grams)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Grams)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Suet 4 Ounce, shredded (100 Grams)
  Water 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
Directions

Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Mix in the suet.
Make a well in the centre and add the water.
Mix lightly to a fairly stiff paste.
Use for dumplings, steak and kidney pudding and fruit puddings.
