Pastry For Samosas

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yogurt 7 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift flour with salt.
Melt butter and add to flour.
Mix well.
Stir in yogurt gradually, working it with hands for about 5 minutes.
Knead until satiny and smooth.
Makes pastry for 60 turnovers.

hello im zaheed from mauritius,i really want to try your recipe for samosa pastry could u please help me. I bought a machine(samosa pastry making machine)from china and the dough which need to be put in the machine need to be a liquid one. could u please help me to use your ingredient to make a dough which fit into the machine. Thamks ffor your kind reply.Please treat it as urgent.

Hi Zaheed, I am not sure how your machine works, there would be some specification for the dough that goes in there. As far as I know, samosas are never made with a liquid dough/ batter. I believe you have to implement trial and error method for this machine.
