Ingredients
  Plain flour 100 Gram (4 Ounce)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Margarine 25 Gram (1 Ounce)
  Lard 25 Gram (1 Ounce)
  Water 20 Milliliter (4 Teaspoon)
Directions

Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl, rub in the fat with the fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Mix to a dough with the water, and knead lightly until smooth.
Chill before using.
