Whole Wheat And Walnut Pastry

Ingredients
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), ground
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine nuts, flour, wheat germ, salt and oil.
Add cold water gradually, tossing mixture gently to distribute evenly.
Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
