|Pork with ham||7 Ounce, chopped|
|Fresh white breadcrumbs||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen puff pastry||13 Ounce (1 Packet)|
Break up meat with fork until soft.
Add breadcrumbs, grated rind of 1/2 lemon and juice from whole lemon and parsley; mix well.
Roll out pastry thinly.
Cut out four rounds, using a small saucer as a guide.
Place quarter of the meat mixture in centre of each.
Dampen edges of pastry and bring together at top.
Deep-fry in oil two at a time for 5 min until golden brown, crisp and fluffy.
Drain on kitchen paper.
