Orange Flavored Pastry

Ingredients
  All purpose flour/Unbleached flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange peel 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening/1/3 cup lard 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (plus 1 tablespoon)
  Cold water 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix flour, orange peel and salt; cut in shortening until particles are size of small peas.
Sprinkle in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing with fork until all flour is moistened and pastry almost cleans side of bowl.
