Orange Pastry Squares
|Lemon gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Orange gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , juiced|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Add gelatins to 1 cup boiling water; stir until dissolved.
Refrigerate until thickened.
Whip chilled milk until soft peaks form; add sugar and orange juice.
Beat until blended well; stir in gelatin mixture.
Sprinkle crumbs in waxed paper-lined 9 x 14 x 2-inch cake pan.
Pour gelatin mixture into pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut in squares to serve.
