|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), shredded|
|Cold water||4 Tablespoon|
Combine the flour and salt, then cut in the shortening and blend in the cheese.
Add the water and mix until dough clings together.
