|Grated cheese||50 Gram (1/2 cup)|
|Butter||125 Gram (1/2 cup)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
1. Sift together flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Add butter. Mix with your fingers. Add cheese and mix well.
3. Add enough water. Knead to a smooth dough and chill.
4. Roll out according to the direction of the recipe used for pastry shell for pies and tarts.
