|Leftover dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine turkey and gravy; mix thoroughly and set aside.
Roll out pastry to 1/8 inch thick and cut out 6-inch pastry rounds.
Place 2 tablespoons dressing on each pastry round (to the side); top with about 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture.
Fold over pastry.
Seal and crimp edges; brush the top with a mixture of 2 tablespoons cream and 1 tablespoon water.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes.
