Low Calorie Pastry

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ice water 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Sift 1/2 cup of the flour and salt into a medium-size bowl; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly, then blend in remaining 1/2 cup flour until crumbly.
2 Sprinkle ice water over, 1 tablespoon at a time; mix lightly with a fork just until pastry holds together and leaves side of bowl clean.
3 Shape dough into a ball; place between two pieces of wax paper; roll dough to a 12-inch round; peel off top paper; invert dough into 9-inch pie plate; peel off wax paper.
4 Trim edge to 1/2-inch; turn under; flute edge.
