Homemade Shortcrust Pastry

|Plain flour||8 Ounce (225 Gram)|
|Margarine/Butter||4 Ounce, cut into cubes (100 Gram)|
Using the double-bladed chopping knife, mix the flour and margarine together until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Add the water through the feed tube and mix to form a dough.
Knead lightly on a floured board and use as required.
