Simple Puff Pastry Dessert

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Kilogram
  Salt 20 Gram
  Vitamin c 1 Dash (adjust quantity as needed)
  Water 550 Milliliter
  Butter 700 Gram
Directions

Knead well the flour, salt, Vitamin C and water to form a dough.
Keep cold for 20 minutes.
Stretch the dough into a 1 cm thick square.
Form the softened butter into a square and place it in the middle of the dough.
Cover on all sides with the dough.
Stretch the layers of dough (with the butter inside) to 3 times the length, then fold it into 3 layers.
Leave it for 10 minutes, then stretch it again the same way and fold again into 3 layers but in the other direction, as if to make a purse.
Leave again for 10 minutes
