Rough Puff Pastry Flavored With Lemon

Ingredients
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soft butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ice water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut shortening and butter into flour and salt.
Add ice water and lemon juice.
Stir to mix.
Form into a ball, cover with wax paper, and chill.
Roll out into a rectangle, fold in thirds, and roll into rectangle again.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Repeat 3 times folding and refrigerating.
Roll to desired shape.
