Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (sifted)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs) (butter flavored)
  Ice water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine flour and salt in bowl or food processor.
Cut in shortening until mixture is in fine crumbs.
Add water and mix to a dough.
Chill for an hour.
Divide dough in half.
Roll out half on lightly floured surface.
Line pan, fill, and then roll out top crust.
Slit top crust to allow steam to escape.
Place on top of filling and seal edges.
Bake as directed in your pie recipe.
