Roll the bread thin with a rolling pin.
Microwave the other ingredients until the apple is tender.
The length of time will depend on the type of apple and the power of the oven.
I start with 10 seconds on medium and adjust from there.
The key is, you don't want the apple mushy.
Place half the mixture on each piece of bread.
Fold the bread diagonally to form a triangle.
Moisten the edges of the bread and press the sides of the turnover together with fork.
Lightly spray both sides with vegetable cooking spray.
Place on a cookie sheet coated with non-stick vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 7 minutes or until brown.
