|Cold water||5 Tablespoon|
|Shortening||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a bowl, dissolve sugar and salt in water.
In a second bowl, mix shortening and flour until granular.
Make a well in the center.
Pour liquid mixture into well.
Gently hand mix, without kneading.
Seal dough in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
