Shortcrust Pastry is easy to make recipe. Shortcrust Pastry get its taste from sugar mixed with flour and flavored with shortening.
Ingredients
  Cold water 5 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a bowl, dissolve sugar and salt in water.
In a second bowl, mix shortening and flour until granular.
Make a well in the center.
Pour liquid mixture into well.
Gently hand mix, without kneading.
Seal dough in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
