Veal Chili In Puff Pastry

  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Ground veal 10 Ounce
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
  Canned red kidney beans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
  Canned crushed tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Pastry shells 2 (Use Any Commercial Brand)

In a skillet, heat oil.
Saute onions, pepper and garlic 5 minutes.
Add veal.
While stirring, cook 3 minutes or until meat is brown all over.
Fold in kidney beans, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide veal mixture among pastry shells.
