Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening/Half butter and half shortening. 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (generous)
Directions

4 to 5 tablespoons cold water.
Mix flour and salt, cut in shortening with pastry blender.
Add sufficient cold water so that dough is moist enough to hold together.
Chill.
