|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Brown sugar||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Date||1 , chopped|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Blend well and pack in tin.
Mix thoroughly and spread over first mixture.
Bake at 350° F. for 1/2 hour or until done.
Icing: 1 cup icing sugar, grated rind and juice of 1 lemon.
