Tofu In Puff Pastry

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , minced
  Mushrooms 6 , chopped
  Canned green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Pastry shells 6
  Onion powder 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Tofu 6 Ounce, crumbled
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a saucepan, melt 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter.
Fold in flour, mixing well.
While stirring, cook 2 minutes.
Add milk.
Stir until sauce thickens.
In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter.
Lightly cook onion, mushrooms and green peas.
Meanwhile, heat pastry shells in oven.
Add vegetables to white sauce.
Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Add tofu.
Remove pastry shells from oven.
Spoon tofu mixture into shells.
