Double recipe for Pastry.
Roll pastry 1/8 inch thick.
Cut pastry into rounds, using 2 1/2-inch round cutter.
Place one pastry round in bottom of each 2 3/4-inch muffin-pan well.
Fit 5 pastry rounds around inside of each well, overlapping edges.
Press overlapping edges together.
Prick bottom and sides well with fork.
Bake at 450Â°F 8 to 10 minutes, or until light golden brown.
Cool on wire rack.
Carefully remove from pans
