|Canned deviled ham||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pastry||1 (For A 1 Crust Pie)|
|Yellow cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Blend the deviled ham, tomato sauce, green pepper, celery, and chili powder.
Cover and chill.
Prepare pastry and roll very thin, using corn-meal instead of flour for rolling.
Cut the pastry into twenty 3-inch rounds.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the chilled deviled ham mixture onto each round.
Moisten half the edge of each round with water.
Fold pastry in half and press edges together with a fork to seal.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 425°F 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown
