Prepare pastry for Kraut and Beef Pasties.
Divide dough into 4 portions for rolling.
On a well-floured surface roll each fourth as thin as possible and cut into squares.
Transfer to ungreased sheets; brush tops lightly with butter or margarine and sprinkle with any of the following: sesame, caraway, or poppy seeds; garlic or onion salt; grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese; instant minced onion, dill weed, chili powder, oregano, or curry powder; or finely chopped dried beef.
Bake at 425Â°F 13 minutes.
