  Whole wheat pastry flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Non fat dry milk powder 2 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), softened
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Toasted wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped walnuts/Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flax seeds/Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Bacon slices 6 , cooked crisp and crumbled

Combine flours, milk powder, soda, and salt; set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add flour mixture; stir well.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until well distributed.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 350 °F oven 12 to 14 minutes, until lightly browned around edges.
Cool briefly on cookie sheet; remove to rack to cool.
