Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
  Ground almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a bowl, mix first 4 ingredients and cut in shortening.
3.Add egg and cold water to make stiff dough.
4.Chill, roll and bake in the moderate oven until browned
SERVING
5.Serve with vanilla ice cream or raspberry tart
