Sesame Paste

Sesame paste is made by grounding sesame seeds and is commonly known as Tahini, Tashi, Zhimajiang or Nerigoma in different countries. It is sold either dehydrated or fresh and is extensively used in Middle Eastern foods items. Sesame paste recipes are used in a variety of dishes.
