Ingredients
  Crisco 1⁄4 Pound
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large
  Green pepper 1⁄2
  Sweet green peppers 8 Small
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Olives 8 , sliced
  Ground pork/Beef 1 Pound
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut Crisco into flour; season with salt.
Add water and mix.
Gather dough and knead a little; set aside.
Chop next 5 ingredients; add tp meat.
Add raisins and tomato sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook over low heat until meat istender.
Divide the dough into about 36 small balls.
Roll each ball very thin on a pastry board.
Cut into 4 1/2-inch circles.
Put 2 teaspoons of stuffing in middle.
Fold over and press edge together with fork.
Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
