Green Wraps With Vegetables And Tahini Sauce

These raw vegetables wraps with collard greens and colorful vegetables are put together with a delicious raw dressing made with spices and tahini. These raw vegetable wraps are high in phyto-nutrients and enzymes.
  Collard greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nama shoyu 4 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tahini 1 Tablespoon
  Agave 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Dash
  Sea salt 1 Dash
  Red onion 1
  Carrots 1
  Celery 1
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon

In a blender add all the ingredients except the collard greens (garlic, ginger, lemon juice, water, nama shoyu, olive oil, tahini, agave, cumin, sea salt).
Blend well until the mixture takes on the consistency of sauce. (blend it to your desired consistency)
Blanch the collard greens in boiling water and shock them.
Add the vegetables in the greens and add a spoonful of dressing.
Roll them up.
Stick a toothpick to fix them and serve.
