2 Cup (32 tbs)
Vanilla almond milk
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), unsweetened
Pumpkin pie spice
2 Tablespoon (vanilla muscle milk light)
1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, almond milk, stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, pumpkin pie spice till combined.
2. Add the vanilla muscle milk light and mix well till incorporated.
3. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
4. In a serving bowl, serve the pumpkin dessert after dinner garnished with pecan nuts or pine nuts if desired.
