Fall Pumpkin Dessert

Try this festive easy to make no-bake fall pumpkin dessert recipe, that's also a great snack, or even post workout snack.
Ingredients
  Pumpkin puree 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla almond milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), unsweetened
  Stevia powder 4 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon powder 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ginger powder 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Pumpkin pie spice 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Protein powder 2 Tablespoon (vanilla muscle milk light)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, almond milk, stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, pumpkin pie spice till combined.
2. Add the vanilla muscle milk light and mix well till incorporated.
3. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

SERVING
4. In a serving bowl, serve the pumpkin dessert after dinner garnished with pecan nuts or pine nuts if desired.
