Green Pea Puree

Ingredients
  Cooked green peas 1⁄2 Pound, well drained
  Butter 1⁄4 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coloring 1 Drop
  Milk/Sieved potato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Strain the peas and once done, combin them with butter, salt and pepper.
2.Stir in milk or sieved potato puree to the mixture if needed.
3.Add the coloring if required.

SERVING
4.Use the puree as desired.
