Paste Casserole With Mozzarella

Ingredients
  Rotini pasta 2 Ounce
  Mostaccioli pasta 2 Ounce
  Small shell pasta 2 Ounce
  Sausage 12 Ounce
  Fresh mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced
  Chunky style spaghetti sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cook the rotini, mostaccioli and small shell pasta, drain rinse and set aside.

MAKING
2. In a large skillet, heat oil and brown sausages.
3. Add mushrooms and cook briefly.
4. Add chunky style spaghetti sauce, boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the drained pastas to the sauce.

FINALISING
6. Into a 1 1/2-quart deep casserole dish pour the pasta mix and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake the casserole at 200 degrees centigrade for about 20 minutes until golden.

SERVING
8. Serve hot.
