Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
  Sour cream 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Tahini 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a food blender or container mix all ingredients and process until soft and smooth.
2) Turn out into a clean bowl and cover with plastic wrap and put aside.

SERVING
3) Serve at room temperature with cutlets, sandwiches, or use as desired.
