  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine cardamom, chili powder, cinnamon, vinegar, cumin, turmeric and dry mustard in bowl; mix well.
