|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Pound (4 Cups)|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pimiento||2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped dill pickle||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a food processor or blender, place cheese, catsup, mayonnaise, onion and pimiento. Pecans and dill pickle can also be added to the bowl.
2) Cover the lid and process to combine all ingredients.
3) Stir in additional catsup and mayonnaise to the dressing, if necessary.
4) Use the paste to serve with a bowl of salad.
